About me
Jyothi Vemu is the founder and managing director of Futurebytes, a STEM education company based in Santa Clara, California. With a background as an assistant professor in India, she transitioned into entrepreneurship to make coding, AI, and robotics accessible to K–12 students. Under her leadership, Futurebytes has expanded to multiple locations across Silicon Valley and offers after-school programs, workshops, and holiday camps. Vemu has pledged $50,000 in scholarships for the year 2025 to support underserved girls in STEM education. She has been recognized with multiple honors, including Enterprising Woman of the Year 2025, Woman of Influence 2025 by SVBJ, and the AAPI Business Leadership Award.
